isolator vote

i'd say take out the bottom one in front and thats it. Some H&R super sports dont lower the front as much as others. Its hard to decide what to do because every car reacts differently. it sucks.

And i know you want to do it now to save yourself the trouble, but there is no way to guess really how the springs will sit. i've seen drastic differences between cars with the exact same springs.
 
I left mine in. I figured since I was going to a shorter, stiffer spring along with tires that have a shorter sidewall than stock that it would probably ride hard enough as it is. Actually the ride is not bad. I wonder if it would be noticeably lower if I had left them out.
 
it is noticably lower. almost 1/2" lower when i took both of my fronts out...
