after a week of tearing down the top end of the engine to do the H/C/I i finally got it all running again. Scared me at first because i thought a head gasket was leaking but ended up just being a heater hose dripping on the head and running to the bottom and dripping off. going to go get it dyno tuned tomarrow.....anyone think i can make 300 at the wheels with stock MAF and throttle body???

My guess 290, are you still using the stock injectors??(I assume so since your using the stock MAF)

actually i'm running 30lb/hr injectors, MAF conversions done with the custom chip

you wont hit 300 w/ out a bigger TB and Mass air meter. Im gussing 270-280 RWHP.

so together MAF and throttle body are worth about 20 hp?

you guys were right on, just got back from the dyno, best pull was 280rwhp and 318rwtq, picked up a MAF today, just gotta get a TB after i get paid friday

got off work early tonight and made it to the track, only got one run because i didnt have a helmet but with a terrible 60 ft of like 2.29 I ran a 13.77 @ 103.5mph

Awesome man! So glad to see you got good use out of those heads, seeing I got about 15 miles out of them... lol! The price of all those parts, plus the machine work... Damn heads ended up costing me 1500 bucks lol. Have fun with them!
