68keyblr, it's funny that you of all people ask me that question. I have photos of your ride on my computer desktop. The color is actually Medium Red. I was going to go Vintage but the color is pretty dark. I didn't want to go too red or too dark. Medium Red, hence the name, is right in the middle.

I'm going to also go with three strips, Wim. white. I'm in a fraternity and the three strips and the two colors have a lot of meaning for us.

Glad you guys like. I'll post more over the next few weeks as the strips, dash and engine bay are painted.

Thanks Tim. I cried a little too when I walked into the booth for the first time. LOL.

I thought that color was called "arrest me red". I know a lot of people have red and I think it is for only one reason - great color for a mustang! It looks like your painter did a great job of color sanding to remove orange peel, either that or he is one heck of a paint shooter!
Nice Job - get off the net and reassemble that puppy! Be sure to tape up areas that might get bumped during the reassembly! Do not ask me how I know, I would be too embarassed to tell you!

Definately keep those pics coming! I put a single ding on mine during reassembly - and I cried for days Be *Careful* and take ALL precautions during reassembly!

Can't wait to see it finished

Good points all. Matt this is just the first step. We still have to paint the engine bay and dash-semi gloss black. Then we're going to paint the stripes. On Saturday I'm going to work with the painter to get the strip measurements, etc.
