A 93 Cobra does not have a MAF calibrated to 24's.

The Ford MAF meters are calibrated to the computer.
Only aftermarket meters are cal'd to the injector AND computer.

What computer are you using?

EDIT:
How is progress coming on the 351w swap?

That's gotta be running pretty crappy...

The best option is to head to the aftermarket MAF meters.

Also, you may want to install the 19's with that meter in the mean time. Stay out of WOT though.

91-95 Thunderbird Super Coupes are the same as the 93 cobra, but not calibrated for 24lbs injectors.

Ok, lets all say this together. FORD DOES NOT CALIBRATE METERS TO INJECTOR SIZE. It is all done in the computer. Lightning meters are just that, meters. not calibrated to anything. Everything is in the computer. You have a choice of an aftermarket meter for larger injectors, an aftermarket tuning device(to use any meter and/or injector you choose, a custom tune/chip, or get the matching computer for the injectors/meter you want(you will be very limited if you choose this method). Any questions?

I was thinking the same thing, this has been coverd 100 times in the last week. The aftermarket MAF's fool the computer, thats why they are calibrated to specific size injector.
