I just did my rear shocks this morning... my old ones were shot! I put in some new "monrowe" shocks (don't remember if thats how you spell it" from advanced autoparts... It was the best ones that they had in stock at the time... 5 star rating for $28.00 bucks for one... Took about a hour to do and next week im going to do my front struts... because there shot as well...

I remember I tried my struts without an impact...bad idea. I used a huge flat-head screwdriver in the center of the strut and tried to wrench it loose...snapped the blade and put a 4 inch gouge in my fender
Ended up taking the whole assembly down to Schucks and used their POS electric impact...took three tries and a lot of penitrating oil but it came off
