...what would they be?

mine, in no particular order are;

1 66 427 cobra
2 41 willys aa/gs
3 68 hemi dart
4 64 427 fairlane (t-bolt)
5 66 427 corvette roadster (l88)
6 04 ford GT
7 mclarren f1
8 365 gtb-4 daytona spyder (ferrari)
9 mercedes sl600amg
10 04 saleen mystichrome cobra

honorable mention goes to 427 novas and camaros, lambrogini diablo vt, ford pantera, saleen s351, dodge charger daytona, buick gnx, buick grand sport stage 2, ls6 chevelle, and on and on....

I have to put in my two cents on this one.

8. ford festiva with b16 turbo conversion (gota stay with my roots)

of course there is more, a datsun 510, several diffrent jag's, bmw's, other typs of bling bling cars, some more mucel cars, stuff like that.

Wow this is a hard one, lots of cars to choose from,at the current moment these are cars i would love to have(The first 5 are totally out of my league but we can all dream!),basically in order as of today:

1)Hennesey Twin Turbo Viper
2)Ford GT
3)Koenigsegg CCR
4)Saleen S7
5)Porshe Carrera GT
6)C6 vette (on order)
7)another 03 Cobra
8)1997 Cougar XR7 with an 03 Cobra motor in it.
9)Grand National
10)1988 purple Civic with Iceman intake,5 inch exhaust, and rear stabilizer wing.

This is a pleasant fanstasy isn't it. Bonus points if you can name the movie that line is from.

5. Ferrari 360 Stratadale (I have no idea how they spell that).

Not to be a bone, but the L88 wasnt available until 67 as the "overpriced 430hp option". The L72 was on the option sheet as $500 less and at 435 hp, so only 20 "in-the-know" folks chose the L88 and got one HELL of a car. I need to look, but I dont know if any of the roadsters were made or survived. I know most of them, if not all, were coupes.

In 1966, the HO 427 425hp option was initially labelled as 450hp, and then half way through relabelled it at 425hp. I dont recall the reasons. The output of the engine didnt change of course. L88 was not available.

L88s are far more common in 68 vettes, but thats a C3, and we dont want one of those ;-)

So perhaps I should have said a 66 427 vette with tri-power and a 4spd, the originality of the car is not my interest, more just the appeal of the vehicle. Its look, its sound, its performance.... the originality is of no real concern (like in the case of the hemi dart, mine would have a 528 but be badged as a 426 hehehe ... such a suprise we have for you. :D ). But the info is good to know.
