ok so heres the back story not so short or sweet...
3/18 Wife needs a new car cause hers aint worth crap ( 04 cavalier)
so we decide to trade in her car and my Truck ( 04 nissan frontier XE v6 supercharged ( god i loved that truck) ) to get her a new baby friendly vehicle. Only Condition is I get to get whatever car I want ( since A. I am the one paying for both and B. I had to give up my truck to make the trade work for her.) So I look and look and look some more. Then I find it and its 2000 beans less that I had budgeted for 06 classic yellow Stang its only the v6 but its already got some upgrades from the guy that traded it in ( pony package, intake, and some other cosmetic stuff) so I bought it with plans do all kindsa stuff too it. Take it home and park it ( wife and i ride together to work). I take her out for a drive on sat 3/22. come home around 330 pm take a nap then start getting ready to head out for the evening. I go out to the car to get my gym bag which has my shoes in it, everything is fine nice day, neighbor kids playing in the back yard sun is shinning. I am feeling great. And this is where it all goes down hill. I run back in the house to finish getting ready ( left the car unlocked was going to be back in 5 min) I put my shoes on grab my jakect head out.... wait something is wrong there is a void where my baby was 5 minutes ago, and the kids are no where to be found... WTF
so i call the cops the car is found about a block away rammed back end first into a tree... drivers side door is jammed by a tree and passanger door wide open. All I can think is Great now i am going to have to go to jail for choking a 12 year neighbor boy!!!

So I clm down and call the insurance company put the claim in.
Heres question number one the are trying to claim that this a collision claim, trying to say since no one broke a window or what ever to get into the car I must have forgot to set the e-break... BS it "ROLLED" 100 plus feet around the block on level ground by its self and picked up enough speed to require 6000 in damage to the rear end???????? Shouldnt this be a comp claim ( must lower deductable and wont cause my rates to jump)?

And so heres my second question while its in the shop I figured I might as well have them do the dual exhaust since they are going to have the back all apart and have to replace the stock exhaust any how. So I was looking at the Dynomax X over True Dual. The guy at the shop is like well i dont know much about it but the car may not run right if you do that cause there wont be enough back pressure. I have looked all over the web and cant find a straight answer on this and the Dynomax web site has this pipe listed to be the best fit for my specific car and does not say anything about back pressure issues. Any 'stang fans out there that can shed some light?

Kind of worthwhile help you need for that isn't something you'll find on an Inet forum. Good place to float your trial ballons, though. :bs:

Every exhaust manufacturer will say what they think will sell you their product. My view is that they all copy each others' designs to a great extent, and the measurable performance difference between systems is minuscule. The important criteria in choosing a setup are:
1 - Fit
2 - Finish
3 - Customer service

Where is Dynomax' plant/store relative to your location? Can you go and see what you are buying before you commit? Mr Ford puts a lot of research and development into his products. It may take a bit more money to take advantage of that, but I think it's worth it. Plus which, your complaint department is as close as your nearest Ford stealership.

I've seen/heard complaints about nearly every manufacturer's stuff, mostly fitment problems; a few quality issues. Not as many for Ford Racing Performance Products as for, for instance, JBA.

Right now I'm balancing the prospect of FRPP duals pieces against JBA's, only because I know where the JBA factory is, and I could be in J.'s face in fifteen minutes if something is not right.

Of course what ever you decide on will eventually become the best possible choice. Nature has so very kindly provided humans with the mechanism to resolve conflict between what we know and what we want to believe (Cognitive Dissonance: It's good, and good for you!).

Good luck.

I put the ninosport dual exhaust conversion kit on my v6 and I love it. It runs and sounds great plus you can choose any axel backs your heart desires. I went ahead and bought the gt take offs and they sound really good but I do wonder sometimes how other axel backs would have sound....just shop around for your sound for the backs but the ninosport conversion is a great way to dual your sixer

I just had Midas bolt on a GT muffler on my single exhaust. It sounds great! I wanted a slight increase in volume and a throatier sound and I got it. Also, my gas milage is starting to increase. I am considering the NinoSport dual system also. What axle-backs did you use?
