The 1995 GT I purchased has only 48,017 miles. It was repo'd by South Lake Tahoe PD in 1999, and has been in storage, untoched untill this year. It ended up being driven out to Sacramento, and put up for auction, where I purchased it. It is paint code "e," only 1,600 out of 165,000 were painted this color in 1995. I owned a 95 gt from 2001-2003 (should have never sold it), but it was a 5spd, and this one has an aod. Anyways, I am concerned since the car has been sitting for so long. I am going to give it a tune up and get a new battery. But is there anything that can go bad or be "sub par" from sitting for so long? Fuel system, cooling system, ect.? Also, I am very fermiliar with t-5's, but I know little about the aod in my car. Does that B&M "shift plus" plug in work well? Any and all input would be great. It's great to be back.

Total tune up,and fuel filter, and oxy. sensors,anti-freeze.Just drive it to get the seals, and gaskets warmed up,hopefully they wont leak. The first mod you want is a high speed torque converter. It will change it into a different car :nice:

All the liquids need to be done over (coolant, oil, rear gear oil, tranny fluid, etc.). What about the fuel system? If the car was sitting with a non-full tank of gas I would be concerned about varnish. Which would mean the fuel tank would have to come out and be cleaned along with the lines. A new fuel pump etc.
