I just got my Zex dry kit delivered by the wonderful brown truck today. I have searched and had a couple posts about this already but just want to clarify a few things.
If I were to spray a 75-100 shot the stock fuel system is up to the task if I install colder plugs and gap them accordingly and also retard the timing to around 8*?
I have also read a few threads saying a new fuel pump is a good safety precaution but I read the 255 is too big and the 190 is a better choice. What is the final consensus on the subject and is a fuel pump needed when only spraying a 75-100 shot?
Also is an AFPR needed? And what exactly does it do?
Sorry about so many questions I am just being meticulous in order to not grenade my motor because I'm in college and don't have all sorts of money to be repairing a blown motor. Thanks for the help.
