I just got a pair of bare casting trick flow twisted wedge heads with seals and guides. What should i do with these? Put track heat springs on them? What would you do. Im building a system starting from the heads. What would you guys do?

i wanna keep my stock compression ratio. I dont want to go over 6500rpms. And I may be looking at nitrous in the future. Do i have to have a machine shop put my heads back together? I wanna do the valve spring upgrade but my heads are bare right now except for seals and guides. Can i just do the upgrade or do i have to do anything else to them also? what do i need?

You should be able to simply upgrade the springs. however, I would contact TFS to be sure.
Also, if you dont want to spin beyond 6500, I dont think your going to need anything super exotic. a custom grind cam would be a good idea, but make sure you have a pretty solid idea for a parts package.
Things such as intakes, injectors.. T-body. MAF.. gears. the whole smash.
It needs to function as a single unit. each part should compliment the next.
But, anyway.. Like I said, I would contact TFS to be 100% sure of the springs.
I take it you also need valves? I would talk to a good head shop to reccomend what they use in the TFS heads, you can go many different ways with valves. Tell them N2O use is in the future so you get valves that will take the abuse. Get valves for 10 degree locks, get good locks, get good retainers steel around $60 (if you can swing $150 get the Titanium ones) it will take a good bit of weight off the valvetrain. You'll need spring cups I believe as well, I would get a Viton seal if they didn't come with them $35.
Do they need a valve job? Are you assembling them? Your springs should match your cam...
I'd personally contact Ed @ FTI www.flowtechinduction.com he has a lot of expierence with the TFS heads and can set you up with what ever you need (valves, springs, any parts), including a custom cam.
Unless you live in Cali... you go to a head shop there and I pretty much guarantee that the advise you get will not include anything inteligent about cars. hehe
