Its easy but becareful with the Throttle Position Sensor. It is the part that has 2 screw facing towards the front of the car.

Also, make sure you don't drop anything down the intake

Yeah I just put mine on yesterday and it only takes about 30-45 minutes. I went ahead and bolted the new plenum and throttle body together and put them on at the same time. The only trouble you might have is the 2 screws on the Throttle Position Sensor, which sits on the front side of the Throttle body, were really seized up on mine and I kept stripping out the heads of the screws. I had to drill the heads out until they fell of and then slide the TPS off of the screws. Don't forget to put on the gaskets. Good luck. Good mod. Oh, one more thing, if you are using the stock intake tube then it will be kinda hard to get around the bigger Throttle Body. I don't know what size you got but mine was a 75mm. All I did was get the body part of the tube on as far as I could, and then used a flathead screwdriver and ran it around the upper part to pull the rest over the Throttle Body. Kinda like putting a tire on a rim. This made it go on really quick.
