Just installed TR sensor and need HELP!

Ok, The 95 Mustang gt I am working on had a bad TR sensor (not starting in park), I got a new one directly from ford, and installed it with out adjusting it, just installed it in Neutral.

Now the engine will start in park, but it is locked in park untill you turn the key to start it,then it will let you shift.

How can I get this to work?
