I will never order from stangsuspension again. I ordered a set of MM C/C plates from them last Thursday. They're located only a few hours east of me. I figured since the email said they ship same day or next day I'd get it within a day or 2. Well I was wrong. Its been a week since ordering ad so far they have not shipped. I emailed the sales guy a few days ago and he said they were unavailable and they had just ordered 45 new sets. They charged my card a week earlier and didn't even bother to mention that they had none available. Well I just emailed them again today and he said they don't expect to get any in til Monday of next week. So now after a week of waiting, I have to wait 4 more days for them to get into the shop, then wait another few days for them to be shipped to my door. I may have gotten a small discount but it sure as hell doesn't make up for the extra time without notice. I could have ordered from Americanmuscle in Pennsylvania and it would still have gotten here a week earlier than this place in California.

looks like 00pearlgt had a one of a kind poor experience with them..
to get the discount, when ur checking out, under the promotion codes just put in stangnet.... or u can call and order over the phone and ask to give the 5% discount...
i ordered the MM front and rear coilover kit from them... they had excellent customer service... i got the kit in like 3 days and i had a few questions wich they where able to answer very well... they answer their email in a timely manner, and what really surprised me... they called me on my cell phone about 2 weeks after i got the kit, and asked me how it was and if i was happy with it, if they could do anything else for me etc!!!
i am going to be getting a few more things suspension wise very soon, and stangsuspension is an excellent way to save 15-20 dollars per item on MM's products..

Dude...just use the TELEPHONE! The guys at stang suspension have always been better than great for me, and I've ordered ALOT of stuff through them (re: nearly every suspension part on my car)... You can't just make an order through an internet site and expect delivery instantly - that's like calling one of those ads on TV that says at the bottom of the screen in tiny print 4-6wks delivery...then expecting it the next day

Serper3: Same thing happened to me, they gave me a call to see how it was going - that makes for some very cool customer service IMO

Dude...just use the TELEPHONE! The guys at stang suspension have always been better than great for me, and I've ordered ALOT of stuff through them (re: nearly every suspension part on my car)... You can't just make an order through an internet site and expect delivery instantly - that's like calling one of those ads on TV that says at the bottom of the screen in tiny print 4-6wks delivery...then expecting it the next day

Actually the email said the package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. When I read something like that I expect the package to be at my doorstep within a week of the shipping day especially if they are only a few hours away. I guess waiting a week after my order to contact the company is expecting an instant delivery? Don't know about you but 7 days to ship a package 3 hours away is unacceptable. If the part goes on backorder they will not let you know. Period.

You musta have gotten the very last set then. I ordered that night as well so you musta have gotten it just before me. I think I'm more frustrated about the fact that all the parts I order lately are either backordered or not ordered at all. I ordered FR500's 3 weeks ago from a local shop and came to find a week ago that they never ordered it. Their excuse was "backordered". The SS C/C plates were backordered an extra week and my autobadges tint was backordered from out of state. Bad luck I guess.

You bastard lol. I'm stuck driving around in a car with -2.4 degrees camber. BTW will the plates even be able to adjust that back to spec?
