Have you seen the clear protective decals? I think 3M makes them. They can put an invisible (nearly) shield over the nose and in the back of the wheel wells.
I'll bet your dealer has and can install them if you don't have them already.
My mother has them on her Chrysler 300. She lives down a long farm road and they work very well.
