Im also getting tempted to switch to an X-pipe, do you think I will gain any power? I dont want to loose the sound I have now so will the X really affect the sound?

Both my buddies have BBK x-pipes with cats, and bbk shorty's with flows on them(2 & 3 chamber) and they sound down right bad-ass! I HAVE A STOCK SETUP, How loud would Bullets be with a stock exhuast system?

X-pipes always show more power than h-pipes. Especially on modified engines. The sound will be different. I love the sound of the x-pipes.

Does dynomax make a 2.5 Catback with Bullets on them?

How are Bullets with Dumps for exhuast, I dont mind exhuast that much but if your stuck in heavy traffic are you starting to feel dizzy cause of dumps? haha

How much power do you need for Bullets to be useful? Do you lose alot of lowend grunt when you put these on?

Which bullets did you go with the 24215 with 2 1/2 in. center inlet/outlet, 16 1/2 in. length?

I don't think they make a catback with BULLETS.
They are good with dumped exhaust. I sit in traffic alot and I don't care.
I gained power over the whole RPM range with the bullets. You won't LOSE anything.

Time for a new chick. My girl loves my car. She jokes about not wanting to let me drive around in alone 'cause chicks will dying to go for a ride and says she can't wait for warm weather to go around topless. (The car, I mean--I'm still working on getting HER topless in it. )

Somehow I don't think my car will be QUITE that much of a pu55y magnet.

everyones braggin but not everyone can hear..how bout some clips?
Mike, do u have a clip if yours?i wanna hear em with LTs and off road pipe so i know what to get with my 331

from the clips on that site i dont really like them. They sound like a mix between a town dump truck and a race boat. but im sure they sound better on a regular mustang, amateur if ud call it.

Cool if U like the Glass Pack sound !

Chambered Muffs sound better on fords IMOP.

Glad U lice them, I run the bigger (more packing) version on my F250 460.

Scared everyone when I dynoed the truck last year !! LOUD!!!

I run Magnaflow (quiet neighborhood) on the stang. Sound is way more important then performance in my book !

Still no sound clips of the Dynomax Race Bullets with an off-road x-pipe (Dr. Gas x-pipe, preferably)? I didn't think it'd be this difficult to hear a sound clip or video of this combo!

i haven't been there in forever, but you guys might try www.mustangxhaust.com. You gotta register, but it's no big deal and they list the combo and then have clips.

that statement tells me you don't know very much about women IMO. My wife loves loud built V8's. You outa here her own 4x4. Quite loud and she wouldn't have it any other way.. She also does the work herself.

Heck, just last night she had an old time friend over (a woman) and grabbed the keys to my car and fired it up so she could show her friend the sound it made, plus revved it up quite high. they both came in with big grins.

Now granted, many women don't care for loud cars or trucks, but there are quite a few who do. We have a few A/C Cobra's run around here and everytime one roars by, she just goes crazy over the sound those 427's make

NEVER underestimate or pre judge women, just because they sometimes don't like excessively loud cars.
