great info and great people, thats why there are sites like this.

i didnt know ANYTHING about my car before i got on here. i would have NEVER bought a s/c or been anywhere near the level my car is about to be at. of all the sites i visit daily i like this one the best by far!!

Yeah, Stangnet is my favorite Mustang website! I was on here years ago when I had my 1998 sixer and when I got the '02 I joined again because I couldn't remember my old info. Lots of good help here!

This site is great because not only are there allot of well informed posters here but there's also more traffic than most other sites. That really helps make a site good having allot of talk going on. I too have learned allot from this site and actually joined about a month before I bought my Stang a year ago so I could find out if there were anything I needed to watch out for.

I remember when I first bought my 04 GT. I had found this site while driving my dads 00V6 and lurked over there a bit and would come over here are drool over the guys with GTs and wish my dad had a GT instead LOL. That was my desire...to get a GT and man would I be happy! Well it finally happened and I was on cloud 9....went into here and proudly made a sig and was just happy that it was a premium GT and a 5spd. First things first I found out more about the machs and how their motors differed....note to self stay way from them for now....but how do I beat them? hmmm

then I started running into modded GTs on the street....and looking at all the modded stangs on here....thats when my stock GT just wasnt feeling up to par.

Thats when I started using my criminal mind to start thinking up ways to give ME the advantage...to do things most people wouldnt, so 99% of the mustangs I came accross wouldnt be able to beat me. My dad bought me a K&N air filter at about that time just for the heck of it....and BAM thats when it broke loose. 3 years later it was a pretty darn good sleeper and one of the most powerful stock shortblock GTs in the country. Never would have dreamed that would happen!

I owe it all to you guys with your mods, and especially to you guys with your superchargers back then....you guys were like KING status to me. I was just in awe and would just say MAN THAT MUST BE NICE TO HAVE 400HP! WOW!!

Yep been a fun place to hang out....you guys and everyone on the forums are a big part of what really drives me to mod my cars. I thank you all as well!

I agree probably the best Mustang site on the web. Lots of people, and great info. I have learned a lot in a short time about my car.

STANGNET FTW! I agree with you all--I have been a member for a long time now and had my car for 8yrs. I am not the most active person posting but the knowledge and friendships I have gained are awesome.
