You say it is rotting out? Where? at the bolt holes where it attaches to the car or elsewhere? If it is elsewhere then why not just throw in a tubular? I don't think that it would be worth the fixing to even try.But then hey that is just my .02
It's called a K-member. Aftermarkets are plentifull, cheap, better, and have many other advantages. If you live near georgia, you can have mine. I'm going to junk it soon.
