Long story short my car was in a wreck.have had it back for awhile and noticed that on the side that was hit the wheel sets about half an inch or so further back in the wheel well is my drivers side.Had the car looked at a few times and nothing was found wrong. One day will changing my oil i noticed that the slotted bolts on that side for the k member are all the way back will the the other side is all the way up.I know i need to lift the motor bit what else do i need to do to adjust that side forward.Sorry for the long post.

If the K-member and front structure really was hit hard enough to have shifted it like that I would take the car to a good chassis shop and have it the structure checked and properly aligned (that is, the K-member put back right with respect to chassis dimensions, not toe, caster camber and those sort of things although they too would likely all need looking at again anyway...)

The frame was checked after and was good.I can say that there is half an inch difference between the passenger and drivers side if you measure center of wheel to center of wheel. The shorter side is the the side where the k member is back in the slots for the bolts.
