I'm going to have my engine out and was wondering if it would make it any easier to have an improved k-member put in. I have no clue as to what's involved, so any info would be good.
Yeah, I think I might just go with a k-member brace. As it is, I'm being forced to drop a new engine in, so the full k-member replacement plus all the other front suspension upgrades will be a little too steep for me right now.
I run the UPR unit as well but with the a-arms and coil overs. It is really not that hard to install. It gives you plenty of room to work and extra clearance for headers and such. Also it makes changing the starter a breeze.
