K-Member Install

Did you go with their K-member also or just leave the stocker in?

Are you asking me, or someone else?

If me, I have the stocker, and probably going to keep it. I would love to have an MM K-Member, but there are a few draw backs.

First, I refuse to buy other brand suspension products. I love the MM stuff. MM is expensive and I just can't justify spending the money for the K-member on a car that I drive less than 3000 miles a year. Others can be had for less, but they are not for me. Also, MM K0members increase the wheel base by 3/4". This would cause all sorts of problems for me. I plan to run 18" wheels soon, and I do not want to have to modify the fenders or liners. The last thing, is this is strictly a street car, no track use what so ever. I do a little autocross, but that about it. Do I really need the K-member for what I do? I don't think I do.

Even so, it would be cool to have just for the strength and the solidness it has to offer. I just don't think it is in the cards for me.

Now I seem to be addicted to buying their stuff.

I know how that is...whenever I need anything I go to their site first. heh.

I also think you laid out the "need for a k-member" perfectly. Unless its a real race duty, SCCA car, I don't see the point. But if you have the money to spend and willing to do the install, more power to you. :D
