So i just looked at a decent tutorial on the shorty header install im goanna be doing soon.

StangFreak, Stang Freaks, Mustang Forums, Mustang News, Mustang Clubs - How to Install BBK Tuned Length Headers

The guy is swapping his k-member while he has it down. I thought this was a great idea if i needed it. So my question is what are the pros and cons of swapping the k member? I want it to handle daily driving and track. What name brand should i go with that is the strongest and most reliable? What other things should i be aware of as far as the rest of the suspension. Thanks

Im sure i wont be the only one to say this, but the MM k-member is probably the strongest. Its not the lightest but its still way lighter than the stocker. Im also sure a bunch of guys that have k's will chime in on to what they think the best one is. When i get one i'll probably go with the MM piece.

i have the MM kmember and a arms. it is very pricey. but is well worth the cash. it is made up of square tubes, instead of regular round tubes. the square tubes make it more ridgid.
