2001 Mustang GT noise after header and control arm (x2) install

2001 Mustang GT. Installed new BBK shorty headers. Had to remove k member to do it. Now there is a clanging noise when rpm’s drop. Sitting still or moving. Attached sound. Has bbk X mid pipe that was installed previously. Can’t seem to find anything loose. Looking for ideas. Thanks.

Edit- Finally got the audio on here. Also I forgot to mention I replaced both control arms at the same time.

Look for contact stripes on the driveshaft.

Sounds like exhaust banging against frame somewhere. Seems most likely because that's what you changed.
