I don't see whats wrong with that... in no way is the word SHELBEE on the car.
SHELBEE Package they said..
Gt500 rear wing & FRONT CHIN SPOILER (all i can see they would have a problem with,but i'm sure it's a aftermarket Knockoff style)

Wheels
You can buy in aftermarket to the look of gt500
*SHELBY REPLICA CHROME 18*

Side 1/4 window Vents
Aftermarket (dirt cheap)

(ugly upper grill, MAYBE IT"S THE STUPID LOOKING CENTER LIGHTS)
lower grill looks nice

Yeah there aint nothin much wrong with it as long as he/they make it clear to the purchaser that it's not a real shelbee/by. This is where they can they can stick em for miss representation of a product, even if they "misspell" the name.
I aint no lawyer, but I am a damn good plumber and I know my sh_it. LOL

If they had called it a Mustang with aftermarket GT 500products they might be OK. Or they could just say aftermarket wheels, etc.
The lawyers for Shelby could have a field day without a doubt.

I'm sure there is no Karol Shelbee that has a mustang like that. Which is what could get them in trouble is someone sees it. And even some of the most oblivious mustang people (Who would be the people buying this car). Are goign to know who Karol Shelbee is.

I believe there is a legal issue as far as trying to represent it with a name that would be pronounced the same but spelled differently. For example if a soda company started selling cocacolla withe a red label and all I'm sure coke would sue them for likeness or something like that. It's a hack attempt at trying to sell a car with a dealer package.
