Right now i have a single gt pump, but i have a stock cobra assembly on the way with two cobra pumps in it, but i was wondering, should i buy another focus pump and slap the two in car, or should i use the stock pumps with a KB boost a pump? Do i need a FPDM with the stock pumps? what about the focus pumps do i need a FPDM with them as well?

I'm only looking for 550hp so i know both will work, just trying to see whats the cheaper route, buying another focus pump $100 or buying a kenne bell boost a pump for $250 but if the focus pump requires a FPDM then that changes the cost.

You will need a new FPDM if you run two focus pumps. You should also up grade you wiring for the fuel pumps and FPDM as well. Lethal Proformance has nice wiring and FPDM up grade kits. Also Kenne Bell has alot of good info on Boost a pump and different pump combinations and there flow rates on there web site. Good Luck!

So my current stock fpdm will work with the cobra pumps? If i swapped them for 2 focus pumps, can i just buy another fpdm to run dual fpdm's, one to each pump?

Yes your current FPDM wil work with the cobra pumps everything plug and play. You can run 2 FPDM with the focus pumps but you will have to get the harness for it. They do sell modified FPDM when running two focus pumps.
