I have finally taken the plung after long debate to get a KB 9lb with all the options. One question I have is what is the difference between boost gauges: Vacuum/Boost Gauge or just a Boost Gauge. I need one but which? Please help, I want to order as soon as possible.

Vacum/boost might be more usefull, it shows better how much load you put on the engine at any time. A Boost-only gauge will take off only under positive boost, but it doesn't mean the supercharged is not helping under vacum... huh...is that clear ?

I ordered a vacuum/boost gauge. I haven't installed it yet but it seems to me that it would benefit you more to have both rather than just boost. Go for it! Congrats btw!

So would a 9psi KB running around 430rwhp be able to get an 11.8 @ 120mph?.. with about a 2.0 60ft? That's what I'm hoping for anyway My race weight is about 3600lbs.

wouldn't doubt 11.8's with nittos...you'll probably get a sub 2.0 60 ft with a good launch too.
