I have gone 10.6 @ 131 on 11psi on 18" ET Streets, I have not run the car on 15psi.
Car runs great, I have been driving it every nice day (which is a lot since I moved to North Carolina) but I live close to work so I haven't racked up a ton of miles. The car got 25.2 mpg on my drive down from Ohio to NC, and it does pretty well in the city too if you can manage to keep your foot out of it.

It's a base car with black interior. Never seen snow, rarely sees rain.
