This is not a tip in problem...it is an issue with the BAP and when it comes on (there is a fuel pres. spike)
One way we have found to fix this is by wiring the BAP BEFORE the FPDM, allowing the EEC to control it's voltage.
Also, make sure you have the same fuse in the pump location under the hood as you do in the BAP (20A).
Datalog your FP and watch what happens....by adjusting tip in, or volume settings will not fix this.
Do not forget to clear your KAM....
Other fixes can also be in the Pump Voltage tables...cobra owners have been dealing with between shift hesitations for a while now (depending on who your tuner is)
