Key Stuck In Ignition And Theft Mode On

My key wont come out and theft mode on.

I was getting into the car and i rubbed against the sterring wheel by accident and it locked in place the keys were in the ignition but was not turned on at the time and now theft mode is on too.

I moved this to v6 tech. You should find the answer here. Have you tried turning the steering wheel very hard and moving the key?

Move the steering wheel hard back and fourth while turning the key.
