I'm sick of these giveaway crap, i wish someone would hold their feet to the fire. I'm not the kind that signs up for every publisher clearing house deal, so often you here of a national giveaway promotion, but nobody ever wins.
They legally have to award it to someone. There was so much deceipt in the past, outright lying, rigging of contests, etc. that Congress (we can trust all of those guys, can't we?) stepped in and passed some tough laws to guarantee that contests are on the up and up and prizes are actually given away.
