Did you say this car was supercharged at one time, but is now back to stock? Is the motor you currently have in the car the same one that was previously supercharged?
the current motor is supposed to be stock and according to the previous owner "it has never had nitrous or a supercharger". the previous engine was built up from a forged short block, the one before that was an '03 cobra, and the one before that was probably the original. 4 engines, still less than 5,000 miles. what remains of the 525hp project is the '03 rear end, fuel tank and dual pump, eibach springs and subframe connectors.
