knotchy shifting

Hi all, I am having really knotchy shifts and am wondering what the cause of this could be. I know it is not the clutch cable and there is plenty of tranny fluid. The clutch seems to be working fine, I am wondering if it could possibly be the transmission. I know the tranny has to be nearing 200,000 miles and it is the original t-5.

How is it notchy? Notchy in all gears? More notchy at a certain operating temp? Less notchy when rev matching (that's a big question), etc?

We know you said the clutch cable is adjusted, but if it's notchy in all gears (by chance), we still have to ask............ where is the point of engagement in the pedal travel?

engagement is in the middle where I adjusted it too. Its consistently knotchy but smooth when the revs are matched.

Its not extremely bad but very noticeable, if I were to race somone id lose some serious time.
