Lakewood 70/30 and 50/50 with stock springs?

Would it be beneficial to add Lakewood 70/30 struts and 50/50 shocks to a car with stock springs? The car is street driven with trips to the track a couple times a year.

I think so but I think 90/10's would do better.

Sure -- the stock springs are actually pretty good springs.

i run 4 cyl fronts with 70/30's
and stock V8 rear springs and 50/50's

Car hooks well on the street
