Lakewood Control Arms?

Anyone running Lakewood Heavy Duty Control Arms?
Im thinking of buying them cause summit has them for only 135$ and my friend has uppers he is basically giving away to me.

Take a look at the traction action bars. They hook up great. I have had no traction issues . Very straight forward on install.
