Last block question

ok, so this one is a little hard to see, but does anyone know what to do here? IS this another hole that needs to be plugged? I don't want to get the motor installed and then have antifreeze drain all over my garage floor.

I know, I should have taken more pictures before I tore down the engine!

I think maybe its a casting hole.

Does anyone have a running 289 or a good block they can look at to see if this hole is plugged or open?
