Yes it has an IRS. You can't run the exhaust with a solid axle.

how much hp does that puppy make?

Can't say honestly, I have never had it on a dyno. If I had to guess I would say its sitting right around 400 wheel, maybe a little more, with similar torque.

Swapped it to a t3650, t45 didnt last very long.
