Yes it has an IRS. You can't run the exhaust with a solid axle.

I also have those tires, just got them 2 weeks ago. 315x35x17
I love them, great traction when dry and amazing when raining !!
and they were cheap too!!!

What psi are you running them??

Can't say honestly, I have never had it on a dyno. If I had to guess I would say its sitting right around 400 wheel, maybe a little more, with similar torque.
