um, on street tires, lower tire preasure about 10psi below what it sais on the tire, rev to about 2500 or 3000 and drop the clutch, if you spin feather the gas and powershift once its time to shift

best way to launch on stock gears and clutch.

what tires do you have?? good burn out on stock tires avoid water box... rev to 3k-3.5k feather the clutch.. dumping is no good. It will eventually fawk up your drivetrain. Feathering itself wears the clutch faster but better than your axles breaking off..

how does feathering the gas wear out the clutch?

and if you are going to burnout, only do it till you see smoke, you dont need to do a pro-stock burnout on street tires, itll hurt traction, and i doubt youll break axles on a lightly nmodded stang with an 8.8 and prolly 2.73 gears

feathering the clutch not the damn gas pedal. I was assuming he had a 99+ but now that i look. I'll try to be clearer next time.. Not used to people talking about feathering the a gas pedal...
