A 2nd set of hands is great to have.

It really was simple, I have no mechanical sense but the instructions that came with the LCA's (Pro3i) were simple and easy to understand. Jack up car, take off rims, lower rear axle, remove rear sway bar, disconnect LCA from shock, remove spring, disconnect other side of LCA, remove LCA.

The hardest part was realigning the axle with the LCA. It took some jacking up of the LCA, some pulling of the trunk/axle and some patience. 2 people made it very doable though, and the 2nd side was a breeze once we knew what to expect.

All we did was spray some WD40 on the 2 bolts and let it sit for 5 minutes. They came out pretty easily once we made sure there was no weight on either of the bolts.

Depending on what mufflers you have, you'll need to remove you x/h pipe and drop the mufflers off the hangers. A second set of hands is well worth a 12 pack!

Aaah, that's true. I had my Magnapacks catback on already so I didn't even realize that. When we did my roomate's v6, the single muffler was DEFINATELY in the way. We had to pull and tug at it to get the bolt in and out. We didn't drop his exhaust.
