Well I spot a leak coming out from the plate covering the bellhousing at the bottom. It' isn't squirting out a lot of fluid but dripping enough to spot the driveway. What do you think it is, seal, torque converter? Any guesses?

You should probably confirm it before moving on. With luck, it is tranny fluid. Dropping the tranny and doing a complete reseal is way better than having to to do say... a rear main seal.

Either one is a complete pain in the ass and if you're doing one you may as well take care of both.
