removing intake and installing new intake gasket. but before you do that i suggest getting (either beg borrow or steal) a cooling system presurizer(man im the worlds worst speller). that way u can presurrize the cooling system when car is cold and crawl all over and undernieth it to find exactly where leak is coming from. i have heard that there is some colored dy's u can get to put into coolant to find leaks easier.

lol well u may need 1 depending on if gasket was bent or damaged. thing is so u remove intake and all that entails move the gasket and it still leaks because gasket was damaged well your going to do the job again. bonus thing is u will be very good at the job the 3rd time around. just cheap insurance that you are not doing it again is all.

the heads are brand new right? isn't there a frost plug on rear of heads. maybe it got damaged? the thing bout that is you would have to remove intake and head to inspec. yuk. just presurize cooling system and find the exact location of leak
