Leaking T45

So I believe the oil leaking on to my clutch is from the t45's input shaft seal. Clutch pedal feels good still and I have another clutch and PP to toss in. How easy is it to replace the input shaft seal? Any other parts that should be done at that time? TOB is timken with about 30k and silent.

The hardest part is pulling the transmission. I'd change the throwout bearing too just to be safe.. Use the Ford one.

I might need a new throw out bearing soon. Previous owner tore the car up alittle and got new fuel injectors and clutch for it and now I think somethings going on cuz I can hear it barrelly
