Prob. because thay are not the most ideal setup for your stock engine {easier on the motor}...
The boost builds on your current setup, on the K.B. its just there{harder on motor}...
Anyday you want to find out what I know, come on down To Reynolds, and for $1,500, you can find out who your daddy is..

I love my KB. After driving both centrifugal blown cars and an 03' Cobra, I personally like the power of the KB over the others. I have 31k miles on my car when the install was done and it is holding up ok. I have the 9psi IC kit and a very conservative tune.
