thank you sir. i have an MGW in now, thats just the best pic i have of my interior to date. i am debating a hurst shifter but cant decide.

well, i have the pistol grip, and no one has denied its sexy look. i wanted the black one form hurst but was too expensive (about $60) so i went to advance auto parts and bought the regular one for 40. well worth it and extremely comfortable shifting.

Here's my old '79 t-top Ghia right before it was hauled off to the scrap yard

I had that thing on every classified there was for FREE and nobody would come and get it. It was a bare shell with no title, but it was a real '79 t-top and was 99% rust free. I saved my '85 nose that's sitting on the front end in that pic and the rest is gone to the great scrap heap in the sky. This is the parts car i found that my front end came off of. It was a Ghia 4 cylinder car that some guy was trying to piece together into an '82GT clone.

I'm not one for doing things illegally, but i bought that car from the guy who owned it and he just lost the title. Anyone could've filed for a lost title, or even went so far as to switch the VIN, even though that's illegal if it's YOUR car you switch it with then i don't see how it would cause any problems. It would've made an awesome car but it got smooshed
