During: http://www.franksperformance.com/Forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=943

After: http://www.franksperformance.com/Forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=940

I'm in no way finished with it. That's just the paint job out of the way. I still plan to change seats, engine/trans/rearend, tires/wheels, 5 lug swap and no telling what else I might decide between now and then.

As far as getting in, I relocated the push rod that connected to the handle, which when you lift the handle pushed the rod down to open the door, and attached that rod to the lock cylider, so I use the key, and when you turn the key, it pushes the rod down and it pops open the door. I had to disconnect the auto lock actuators, if somehow the lock would get set, I would have to tear the door panel off to get to it. Pretty simple really, I was just playing around and it worked, so I got rid of the handles.

The GT500 is my dad's....we were wiring up my garage that night so I backed my toys out and when he brought his I had to snap that pic!!! I'll have you photochop HACK JOB in there too when it's finished in spring of 2008.

thanks bro!!!! I am too, haven't touched it in a month...but I will still have it on the road in April or May of 08. My goal is to get it wired and running by Thanksgiving....it will only take me two days of work, but finding the time with the G/F and night classes at school....is tough.

^^^ I hear that. Getting time away from the girl to work on the stang is harder than it should be. Its always something. I like to get her involved in a book or something...then its at least 3-4 hours of time with the stang! hahah nice setup man!

Thanks!! If I could get 3 or 4 hours in I would be happy. I just walk past it 35 times at work everyday and look at it!! I have not done anything. I look in my tool box and half my stuff is missing. It is inside the car that is up on the hoist, and I can't let it down because a huge jack stand is holding up the trans....I still have to weld in the X member!!!
