Here are my stripes...

They are still in process, as I have not painted the hatch and rear bumper yet. I am stopping the stripes at the tail lights and keeping the bumper solid red.

Stripes are no more though - they were vinyl and looked like crap after only 2 years and were the biggest pita to get off. If I ever did it again I would definately paint, but you do use vinyl make sure you get good vinyl.

Stipes are very hard to make look good on a fox IMO. There is one way that just makes it look awesome, but all the others just look good. You Know?

Look close and you can see the ghost stripes on the hatch.. They where on the car when i bought it, not sure what color they are but you can only see them at a straight on angle.

Just a random fact about "Shelby" stripes...the original Shelby stripes weren't the same width all the way down the car...they were wider in the center/on top of the car to follow the width of the car, which is wider in the center and narrower at the ends.

Just a random fact about "Shelby" stripes...the original Shelby stripes weren't the same width all the way down the car...they were wider in the center/on top of the car to follow the width of the car, which is wider in the center and narrower at the ends.

yup. 1st gen camaros stripes got wider towards the rear too, as did my old 70 chevelle.

I bet there were vinyl stripes on there for a while and then got taken off, cause mine is like that now after taking the vinyl stripes off.

This is true, m brother got the actual dimensions and then did them exactly on his 06 GT. Even painted his the GM white they were on the original shelbys.

I am in the camp that fox + stripes = not that great, but the examples here do looks pretty good!
