License plate brackets-underframe

I'm having a problem because I need to have 2 license plates but do NOT want to drill in to the front bumper. I've heard that there are brackets that attach underneath so this is not necessary. Does anyone know where I might find one?

i dont know about the bumper deal but mine doesnt have ANY type of holes, and if you dont want to drill........im guessing you are SOL.

I've noticed in some photos there are GT's (and maybe a few V6's too) that come without an Indention moulded into the bumper for the front plate ...

Is this something that Ford does for those states that do not require the ft plate?

What's the story?
