They don't mail plates in MA, they send you a notification that they are waiting at the Registry of your choice. I just got my notice that my new plate is in...... UDLOSE.
haha the plates here in NC are made at the womens prison in Raleigh, they made us tour it when I was a governors page a few years back for some reason, it was scary, a bunch of high school kids in business professional attire touring a womens prison, and let me tell you, none of the women in there were looking too great, most were fat and butch. They would yell **** at us like "fresh meat!" ha I think that experience scarred me for life.
