Lightning blower on a 99+ GT?

Well, first it won't fit on the 99gt motor. There is a picture in one of the new mustang mags of a complete lightning motor swap and it looks like the guy has atleast a 5 inch cowl hood, and still had to cut it to close it over the blower.

The deck height is different on a 5.4 block so the blower's lower intake is designed differently.
