Like Running Over RR Tracks?

My '00 GT Mustang 'Vert has 56k miles on it.
The tires have around 15k miles on them. (Rotated every 2k miles)
I just had the rear brakes repaired. (New rotors, new pads and shoes)
The front brakes had the same fix about 8 months ago.
The tires have just been rotated, and balanced.

Here is the issue:
When driving around, either on the highway or on the street, it feels like my 'Stang is driving over small railroad tracks. I can feel like a tapping sensation on the gas pedal and sometimes on the steering wheel.
It usually is worse when I start to enter the highway, but again, I notice it street driving also. I have inspected the tires and they seem to be in good shape. The front rotors, and brakes seem to be in good shape.
The alignment is OK.
I am just wondering what it could be?
I have never had a front end hit, or damage to the front of the car.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Not really whn I am braking, mostly though when the car is moving.
Tires do seem like the issue ,given what I have already reapired. Thanks!

You most likely have a flat spot inthe tire I would htink..but like KT said..you ma even ave a broken suspension or sterring compnent..jsut have to jack her up and have a look :)
