Lincoln mark VIII engine in a cobra???

Does anyone know if a block from a 95 Mark VIII would interchange with a 99 cobra block, all the specs I have found so far say it would.......

Yep...it's actually a stronger block than the 99 block...the 93-98 aluminum modular blocks were made by the Italian company Teksid...
